The workshops will develop your understanding of mentoring and the skills of a mentor to enable you to adopt a mentoring style of leadership. For those learners looking to pursue to ILM Level 2 Award in Effective Mentoring Skills, we would have an extra tutorial hour to cover Induction and Assignment Requirements. Level 2 learners will be required to submit 2 assignments as part of the qualification.

 British School of Coaching Fee Policy:

  • Cleared payment in full is required 30 days of invoice date and prior to the commencement of the course.
  • We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to change your course booking so we’ve tried to be as fair as we can when applying fees when the situation arises. Consequently, you will be offered a transfer to another course on an alternative date, for which there will be an additional fee. Regrettably, refunds cannot be offered.
  • Programme fee does not include any overnight accommodation or travel.
