Peer Coaching
At the British School of Coaching, we recognise the importance of continuous practice for coaches. Peer Coaching provides an ideal platform to experiment and practice with new techniques, learn from others, refresh your skills, and gain valuable Continuing Professional Development (CPD). It’s also a great way to connect with fellow coaches in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. This 1.5 hour will be facilitated by a BSC Faculty Member.
Peer Coaching offers a dynamic learning experience. Working in pairs, participants take turns assuming the roles of Coach and Client. This approach allows for diverse perspectives, meaningful feedback, and deeper insights into the coaching process along with feedback from a BSC Coach.
To accommodate busy schedules, we offer Peer Coaching sessions virtually, ensuring all coaches have the opportunity to participate and engage with their peers in a way that suits their schedule and learning style.
